Testimonials

As a parent of a young teen, I am very grateful for the therapy Ms.Julia provided for my daughter. After our move to Korea, our daughter struggled with an eating disorder and anxiety/depression. Julia met with her regularly and was able to be a safe space for my daughter to share her feelings and challenges. My daughter learned coping techniques and received cognitive behavioral therapy that helped her recovery tremendously. Over the course of a year, my daughter made a remarkable recovery and we are so thankful for Julia.

My daughter has heavy sick but after having treatment from Ms.Yoon she became healthy and now can live alone in London. From my point of view, the teenager has many problem. We are parents so we love our childs a lot but we do not have the skills to help our childs so we need help from experts. Ms.Yoon is so kind and generous. I and my family always thanks her a lot for helping us in difficulty time.

My wife and I had been going through tumultuous times for a while and we thought some professional help was in dire need. After searching online we found Light In-U. After a few sessions we could see immediate results in our relationship. I quickly found out that both my wife and I needed someone to help us through our journey. We will continue to see Julia in the future as she has helped us in our communication with each other as well as our understanding of one another.

Julia was what I needed for my first therapy experience. She's warm, calm, not judgmental, and even speaks great English. She has this natural way of making you feel comfortable sharing personal stuff. Being able to do sessions over Zoom was awesome since I live abroad. She actually helped my wife and I work through our communication issues - we now understand each other better and stopped arguing. She also helped me realize how my childhood affected my current behaviors. Really glad we found her and I highly recommend her services.
