EAAFP
The Light In-U Psychological Counseling Center is pleased to announce a partnership with the EAAFP organization to provide counseling services for both foreign nationals and internal employees. This collaboration marks the beginning of our EAP program, which aims to support the stable adaptation and psychological well-being of the increasing number of foreign employees from international organizations in the Songdo International Business District and their families. The EAP Program is designed to alleviate job and family-related stress, thereby enhancing overall work and life satisfaction. It has also been proven to improve corporate image by reducing turnover rates and boosting positivity and productivity within organizations. We anticipate that partnerships with international organizations will raise awareness of emotional well-being among multicultural families and lead to further related initiatives.
