Yoon, Julia Young (+12 years experience)
"I was born and raised in Seoul, South Korea, and spent over 10 years living in Michigan, which broadened my cultural perspectives. Raising three children has been my greatest source of learning and growth. My studies in counseling psychology have equipped me with skills to nurture healthier relationships and understand others deeply. I believe challenges can be transformed into wisdom and resources, empowering me as a counseling therapist. Understanding that clients come in with various difficulties, I tailor my focus to meet their unique needs."
My approach celebrates diversity, helping clients explore their flexibility and internal resources in a trusting environment. I foster empathetic connections and harmonious communication using an integrative treatment approach, drawing from CBT, DBT, Gestalt Therapy, and person-centered therapy. My current interests in psychology are stress management and self-compassion, and I am dedicated to helping my clients achieve personal growth and resilience in these areas."

Saebyul, Ryu (+8 years experience)
I deeply empathize with individuals experiencing mental health challenges and the difficulties they face in society. My goal is to provide support and ensure they do not feel isolated. It would be my privilege to accompany you on your journey as a therapist.
I believe that therapy consists of two essential elements: a healthy relationship and gaining new perspectives. Throughout our journey, I will work to build a healthy therapeutic relationship with you, maintain authenticity, and discuss ways to apply what we learn in your daily life. Setting measurable goals is important to me, and together, we will strive for noticeable and tangible changes.
My theoretical approach is eclectic, specializing in adult therapy. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT) with mindfulness and creative expression techniques. Additionally, I have expertise in counseling addiction issues through Motivational Interviewing (MI). I am committed to continuous learning and providing the best treatment for my clients.
